I stopped this afternoon and measured about 6 inches.  Three groups of guys fishing.

This is one of the lakes I need to make time for this season . Gotta love trout !

Got out this past Sunday for a while. Ice measured about 7 inches, half of it being white ice, and the other clear ice. About a dozen guys out including the two of us. Bite was slow, Caught 4 fish, all trout, including this beauty I caught late in the day!

Made it out on the lake today. About 3 inches at shore, just have to be picky where you head on at. 5 inches of clear honeycomb ice in the middle. Fished the evening bite. Slow and steady.

Gambler and I made it out for what seems to be the last time this season. 7 trout, all in the 11-17 inch range. Ice was about 5 inches thick. It was clear but honeycombed. It was starting to melt when we left. It does not appear that it can withstand the rain
