Title: Kahtoola Ice Cleats - Outstanding Customer Service

Had one of my Kahtoola Ice Cleats go bad., it wasn't a true "Warranty Issue".  I wanted to know the cost of replacing the Rubber, not the Steel Cleats. Customer Service Rep., Cat at Kahtoola promptly offered a replacement "Rubber" at NO COST and shipped it immediately!

KUDO'S & A SHOUT OUT TO THEM FOLKS!!

Thanks for posting the positive customer service you received! Always seems to be so much negative info around, just nice to see that there are companies around who stand behind their products.

That is nice to hear that their customer service good, because I really like the kaltoola ice cleats. I wasn't real excited about spending the $70  at first but after wearing them a couple of seasons I think it was money well spent. They are made well enough that 10 to 15 years from now I will be wearing the same set. I recommend them to all my friends.
