As a step parent of children who's biological fathers have never been financially involved or somewhat involved when its convenient I fully back this bill. It really sucks that it has to come to things like this but if you want to bring them into this world lets take care of them.

Looks like someone has some sense, I agree, if you can't pay child support you can't afford to hunt and fish.

It really irks me that people would rather hunt and fish than pay child support, if you were willing to play you gotta pay in my book.

Been that way in South Dakota for many years. Good plan. If you want to renew a drivers license and owe more than $1,000 in back child support you will get a temporary six month license.

I am definitely about taking responsibility. I think these guys are fishing in different holes and I wish we could just take away their rods. Also a concern would be ex wives who use the law to ruin a good man’s life.
