Anyone been on elligo yet?

 Hows the ice looking on elligo? Last year at this time it still wasn't great so am curious as to how well this cold weather has done for it.

Light liner:
Buddy of mine fished it last weekend 8”. They caught a few nice rainbows. It was a busy place I guess.

Fell through on the 31st... but totally fishable now. Multiple shacks out. Bite is Elligo...

Thanks for the info!  :tipup:  I've never caught a rainbow there but jigging the dink Lakers is exciting.

Elligo is still a mystery to me. Occasionally find the lakers, but not usually. Definitely takes some work. Beautiful spot to be skunked though
