Just heard they reversed flow on the pond and washed all the fish to the lake ;D
They do it every year yet knucklewads continue to fish there.

Nah I sit at home lurking on websites hiding from the cold.  :P
Waiting for truck to warmup so I can go grab buckeyes for the morning.

The pond is solid, machines out there today (driven by brave, brave souls) and for the past few days, no worries about that after our current weather.

Gonna be cold, strong wind, rain, slush.....might as well stay home, no need exposing yourself to that for some anchovie sized perch.... ::)
You can get a good look at a steak by sticking your head up a bull's a$$, but wouldn't you rather take the butcher's word for it??

Did the old Silver Star in Sandy Creek open up selling bait again this winter or should I make the stop at Woody's on the way in?  We really need a bait shop on the pond.  Hmm  ::), maybe I'm on to something. Maybe a decent venture for a few local retired guys, hint hint.  I had to laugh when I cruised through the Wigwam parking lot on New Years day and found that noone is parking there but the side of the road all the way up through was lined with trucks.  Pay for parking? Really?  Happy New Year Y'all!
