Ice varried from 2-5" the guys i talked to said fishing was slow to ok. Let me know i have a parking spot for you.

  I walked on 2.5'' - 6 inches today on Oneida lake ... 2.5 for quite a ways, never over my head though, it was flexing like crazy,  how do you guys fish on 2 inches? , thats crazy!!!!!!!

Im headed there......not til after lunch though  >:(, got a class for work in the am :P

Fished the south end of Sandy last year for perch, never been to GP.....looking to play with some pike now so headed to GP for the first time (heard that was the place to be for pike on Sandy).  Hope the pike are hungry after lunch time up there.

I am sitting in my shanty right now at gp. Fishing is steady but i am still waiting for the big ones to show up. Really finicky bite today. Started out on the main pond but didnt produce very well.

There are about 10 shantys here in gp and probobly about 20 spread across the pond. I have only seen 1 snowmobile. Havent seen any wheelers.

Fished infront of the steakhouse this morning....4 inches of ice and the bite was terrible. We moved around and fished from 6' to 13 ' and never found them.
