You me and the capn really cooked some meat out there didn't we? Wish I could say the same for Goon and HT. I think they were a little standoffish don't you? They kept looking over their shoulders like they were guarding a honey hole or something. I counted 6 of them slime logs. Does that sound right? Tell Parker to get a good nights sleep so he can wrestle in his first tournament tomorrow. I hope he does his best and has fun. That is all you can ask for.

Don't think too much into that, it has nothing to do with you, HT has to watch out for gulls, when he ventures off or you leave him they tend to come in and try to pluck him up along with the old bait. :P :P :P

I really need to stop working out of town during the weekdays. I'm heading to potsdam but the way the weather is I'm not taking my stuff and chancing it going out on a lake I don't know by myself

Hi Guys! Just one of the summer people here, biting the bullet to go with my good friend Boggey. No safe ice around my area but it has to turn colder soon. Jim, I am really looking forward to getting together this year. Talk to you soon. v.

I don't want to lose sight of the fact we have half a dozen tournaments scheduled for the pond this year and I am truly in fear the weather might not cooperate. Besides our first 2 man tournament on Feb 4th. The sportsmen Have theirs scheduled the following  month on the 3rd.. Two great tournaments, all we need is safe ice. I haven't seen the flyer yet but the Museum is sponsoring a tournament on Feb 11th at the Steak House as well. And there are a slew of others. All these tournaments have a great economic consequence to the local fishing and tourism community.
" Think cold guys."

The actual sportsmans derby is the 18th and 19th of february The 3rd is the Christine Reed memorial which is also at the Sportsmans Club.

This season is crazy, guess we can have hope for next weekend. If not, I  see a large gas bill for fishing trips over the next couple weeks.

Sorry for the delay, And I apologize...no I didn't check it I was being a little sarcastic but when I read that it was Sunny in the 40's and the Wind was Whipping...it has been frustrating to say the least for many...I wouldn't have been surprised if it broke up with that wind...sorry for the confusion...the weather at that time I could just picture the pics SNAGGER posted a week or so ago...I hope it stayed together...

Boggey, stop playing that senior citizen card. You are still one of the sharpest guys I know. Good fishing, I am working this weekend but will be off the following for a three days. PM me and let me know the fish tails.
