"All I want for Christmas ..."

Today is officially the first day of winter ... and the beginning of the historically coldest stretch of weather of the year.   Like you, I am full of anticipation for a season of: fun, fish, flags, filets, fires and friendships,

As with every year "All I want for Christmas" ... is that friends and family are healthy and happy ... and we have hard-water for all.

 BTW ... although the warm weather Grinch is moving into the area for next coupe days ... it's still looking like an ICED CHRISTMAS ...

Agreed. The extended forecast has me licking my chops.

I have been out a few times this year between MA and NH and think it's worse for me cuz I have wet my whistle and now I have to wait again lol. The BIG ones are biting and hopefully the bite starts over with the new ice

Driving from hadley, through Deerfield and up to greenfield I saw some pretty decent flooding today. In places it’s hard to tell what’s a body of water and what’s an underwater corn field.

If it freezes I could see drilling a hole in the wrong thing.
