solo sunday

went to my lake from 7 to 1 this past sunday. slow on the tip ups. i only got about 5 flags and all i got was a perch and a pound on the button bullhead (another youth pin)



jigging on the other hand was good to me. i got 28 bluegills, a crappie and another youth pin perch. 1.4 pounds.   8) great fun!!!



also got this legal largemouth on the jig rod too, did not fight nearly as much as the perch!

i've caught them on live shiners and dead ones. jusr right under the ice. they suspend in winter. i've caught tons of them here

way to go dan, congrats. i caught a bullhead jigging at the met the other day, thought a had a good rainbow on till i saw it, great fight
