Trout bait

Just wondering if anyone has had luck getting trout to bite on spike/euro larva?  If so what setup did you use, and species did you catch?

add them to your favorite jig... load it up or just enough... I've had good luck with bows and browns. Caught brookies on em too. I've put em on slender spoons or just a rocker-jig. Try it out and see   :tipup:
