Craig's list ad for free bob house

Anyone else see this ad? Some guy is generously giving away his bob house. It's a converted pop up/ hardside. Some nice pics of it...only problem is it went through the ice and is now underwater!
Pretty generous of the guy! Instead of taking the responsibility if getting out of the lake he's trying to pawn off the problem to someone else!

Nice looking shack when it was top side. Would be a ton of work to get it out,maybe the guy dosn't have the means or experience to tackle the job.

I always thought the best frame for a bob house would be a pontoon boat instead of a pop up camper.  This kind of confirms it for me.

I saw it last night, first couple pictures showed it set up on ice and it looked very nice, second picture showed inside and that was awsome, woodstove beds all nine yards. and last pictured showed top of roof just above ice. they said it was in ten feet of water.
