Hey Guys
New to the website. Been doing this ice fishing thing for a couple years now. Actually have a group of freinds that we have our own little derby action going.
Till now its just been auger a hole or two where ever and drop a jig. First year - skunked. Last year we augered holes where others had been and we lucked into 2 rainbows over three days. Not stellar by any means but exciting enough compared to the previous year.
This year we're jumping in a little more. Got a 6 man shelter, a Marcum VX-1, bumming a powered auger, better boots and going cross-eyed from all the research.
Hoping these new items and knowledge will bring better results.
