Trout Boil

I've posted this before and once again....If you like lake trout, this is a MUST TRY recipe......BOILED!!!.....dice up a load of potatoes.....carrots.. .onions.....a generous amount of peppercorns.....whole. ..crushed...or crunched.....estimate what your will need to feed your family...group...or friends....place this in a large pot of boiling water....take your trout and chop into nice fork sized chunks.........when the potatoes are almost ready, take your trout chunks and drop into the mix......(approximately 1-2 minutes tops).....remove and strain.....place on a large plate, and top with garnish and butter.......season according to taste.....what this does is remove all trace of fat.....fishy taste.....and I guarantee that you will go for seconds....and the nice thing.......if there's any leftovers........refri gerate.......next day you can reheat.....and it will have no old taste of leftovers....just as good as fresh cooked.....you gotta try it once to...and you will likely make it a fave!!!!.....Grump
