Spots to fish in Dutchess/Ulster counties?

Can anyone give me suggestions? I'm trying to broaden my fishing spots this winter.

GUNNER:  MY BUDDIES AND I HAVE A COUPLE OF SPOTS IN DUTCHESS THAT WE FISH.  GIVE ME A SHOUT ON MY E-MAIL ([email protected]) AND I'LL FILL YOU IN.  MAYBE WE CAN ALL "HOOK-UP" THIS WINTER AND FISH TOGETHER.

Lots of great fishing places in Dutchess.......only problem is usually a short season. My son and I love to sigh White Pond for pan fish, Sylvan Lake for trout and pan, and Upton is one of our favorites for Trout. Give me a hollar and we should be able to get together.
