Hadlock Pond dam breaks!

On 7/2/05, the (brand new!) dam at Hadlock Pond in Ft. Ann broke, emptying most of the pond.   :o Just FYI.  Probably not much ice fishing will be going on there this coming season!

If you get a chanche drive state route 149 from queensbury to fort Anne. THe damage done by the water is just amazing.

That sucks.  How can a brand new dam break?  Sounds like some serious engineering flaws. ???
