Very nice work like the dinette area . The two holes that are close together will one be used for a flasher ? You will have one great shanty when you get finished with all of your work.

The two holes close together can either be for a flasher or two people fishing in shallow water.  I'm making a bench that folds down into a bed on that back wall.  Just didn't really know where to  put the 4th hole so it was usable and not sit in a weird spot so that's where it ended up. I fastened the paneling up with 1 1/4" drywall screws at the corners and along the top and bottom then came back with a narrow crown stapler and went down the rest of the studs just to hold it tight against the wall.  I'm going to trim out the whole thing tomorrow hopefully with black 1/2"x 1 1/2" strips painted black on all the seams and along the top and bottom just to finish it off. Will take some more pictures tomorrow hopefully when I get that done.

Good idea on using srews were you can hide them with trim. That was the biggest delema I couldn't figure out how to get around, is how to hold the paneling up but not make $400 in paneling full of screws. Thanks

Yeah, when I was putting the screws in I was careful to get them as close to the edges as possible so I wouldn't have screws showing.  I had originally planned on doing something a little more fancy for the walls but after comparing prices I went with just luan.  $11 a sheet vs $20+ for the other stuff, couldn't justify it for an ice shack.

Got a lot of the interior trim done today and the back bench/bunk made. Going to figure out the suspension the next couple days so I can road test it afterwards.

Basically got all the trim done today and the dinette area wrapped up. Still need to make some 12v outlet covers and figure out shelves etc in the front.  Going to get a few cabinets to hang above the stove area for cooking stuff and a few for other places in the shack to throw random stuff.

I like the contrast between the natural colored paneling and the black trim pieces.

Looks great.... That weight on the springs does look like you may get some warping and bending possibly

Got the heater installed this weekend along with the stove plumbed and start reupholstering.

Here is one of the camper cushions redone.

Here is the furnace hooked up.

Had a leak in one of the windows that I finally got fixed and started building cabinets for above the stove.  I'm going to get the wiring done once I put the boat away (using my 3 batteries from that).  Will post more pictures once I get all the upholstering and cabinets in.

Da Man Cave, yes it is. Got it at Menards for $119, same price everywhere I looked. I let it run on medium for 10 minutes and cooked myself out of the shack.  Obviously it was warm outside but it puts out a ton of heat.

That I'm not sure of. I did read some stuff online about it and people say it has a built in thermostat and shuts down when the temp is reached. I will run it tonight and see what happens.

Fleet Farm has the Buddy vent-free, 10,000 BTU heater on sale this week for $98.88, looking at the ad now, might want to check that out, too. Not as big as the Pro-Com, but might work for ya.
AND...they have the 30,000 BTU Pro-Com with T/stat on sale for $159.99.  ;D

Got the other bench and back bench/bed upholstered this morning.  I got the material at Walmart, it's outdoor stuff for $4.97/yd.  It wipes down really easily and is waterproof so hopefully it will hold up. One more to do side bench to do and possibly a flip up to turn that into a bed also.  Going to be finishing the cabinets this week and then hanging them soon.

This folds into a bed...
