new member looking for a good lake near mackinac bridge

I'm from Battle Creek area, looking to take a trip to do some ice fishing on an inland lake or bay with short walking distance in U.P. near Mackinac bridge. late January / early February. perch/bluegill/walleye/pike preferred.

I would go to Cedarville or Hessel for pike and perch.

If you were to go right below the bridge there's a lake called Frenchfarm with a ton of pike, we used to spear it years ago and last time that I knew there was no size limit of pike.
