I can’t answer for sure, but I did get an ice report from other lakes in that area today. Many (4) had ice with activity. I’m sure caution needs to be taken, but I would bet folks have been on it.

Drove by Tonight after work and there was 1 shanty off Park Shore Marina... Didn’t have my gear with me so could spot check the ice by the launch..
