It was so cold I couldn't get the fish in the hole fast enough!!!!

To give you an idea of size the middle one went almost 10lb it was a really fat 28in Laker

It is a brine for smoking trout. Water, salt, soy, lemon, onion, garlic, and wine.

Best memory this season is from getting engaged on the ice. Pic taken right after I proposed to her and she said yes. Hung the ring from one of her tip-ups and had her chase the flag a friend of mine set off for the occasion.
