Boysen derby

I’ve tried to find the rules and regulations for this but can only seem to find the main flyer for it.
Does anybody know where I can find the fine print? Like can you fish at night? Do the they weigh ins at night? All it says on the flyer is weigh in starts at 8am Friday and ends 12 on Sunday

Yeah you can fish at night weigh ins all the time but I usually take the fish in towards the end of a day but each tie is broke by who weighs the first time slot. And the end of the weigh in is a big deal as I have seen several people miss it and think they can fish longer and just have lines out at the end of the weight time.
