fished all day did not catch 1 fish :'( but at least I got out that was first ice for me

My new Clam Basecamp awesome shanty. single pic is me having a good time even though I'm not catching anything, other pic is of my friends Ryan and Brandon, this was brandons first time ice fishing

Well at least you had fun!  So how thick is the ice out there?  You better get back out there....there's plenty to catch! ;)2

The ice is 3 1/2''-4''. Your right I do need to get back out there but I live in Mishawaka so its a good drive for me.

 Fished the slip today,caught a few nice crappies,couple 'o doink perch,and a couple 'gills!!

Great to get out!! first trip, headin'to Cadillac on new years day to haul in some 'eyes!

Also have a new Clam  kodiak that I left in the truck,didnt want to get it

all slushy!!!!! cant wait to break it in!!!!!!!!!

was out there today was 3in of ice, had a few decent gills.
