Thread displays

This is helpful site but a few things could be changed to make it more user friendly thus my questions....
I would like the latest posts to show on a thread instead of the oldest. Is there a setting where I can change this?
Is there a way to see when the latest post was made in a thread without opening it?

Go to profile, look and layout, then scroll down and check the box that says show new posts on top, scroll to bottom and hit change profile button. That'll give you the latest posts first. Don't think there's an option for seeing posts without opening a thread.

Go to.
Profile > Look and Layout... check the box show most recent posts at the top.

For the next one it really depends on your device screen size for how much data will be displayed.  Landscape will show the most and if your device has enough pixels the full site will be displayed otherwise if it won't fit the latest post info is clipped.
