wOw!!!...ran out of beer for battered walleye and northerns....so...took some cajun shorelunch.....and made batter with cola......deep fried and kick some butt tasting fish i have to say......the cola just takes it to another dimension.......give it a try...and let me know what you think....Grump

What kind of cola did you use? I may have to give it a try sometime if you insist, but I'm a bit weary of not liking the new shorelunch design recipie, and wasting some quality fillets.

I actually have a recipe that suggests you use cola, and it is really good, so i know what your talking about grump.
