Anyone know of some good hot spots for walleye by Brookings SD? I see some of the fish reports say Thompson/East Oakwood

Don't chase reports.  Find patterns.  Walleye are fairly predictable during stable weather.  Here's some things that are working right now:
Daylight hours - deeper saddles for clear water lakes or try shallow cattail edges if water clarity is a little dirty
night hours - humps/flats off saddles or shallow flats near deep inside turns.
