Any fishable ice around Caldwell?

Going up to Caldwell after work tomorrow for Christmas.  Does any of the local ponds, like rotary park, have fishable ice?

Most of the ponds have ice, I don't know about safe or fish. C J Strike may be OK by Christmas. Cascade or Horsethief are good, but 2+ hours drive.
