Anyone know if it is frozen over?

I heard 5" on north end but did not see for myself so cannot say for certain.  Give Tackle Tom in Cascade a call, he should know.

Spoke to a guy who was at Horsethief yesterday (12/22/2017), he said ice was good and most were catching limits during day.

Will add more details if/when can make it out there in next week or so.

I made it out to horsethief on the 26th. Road is plowed at least to the dam. Ice is 6 inches of good clear ice and 2 of slush/cloudy ice. There were a number of other groups and the bit was steady.
