Folding Couch/Bed for inside enclosed trailer build

What have you guys found for folding couches/beds that mount on the wall and when folded up don't stick out much more than 5-6" from the wall so I can still get in and out of my Polaris Ranger.

I haven't tried true fold up style couches like the ones used on the Happy Jack system in the toy haulers, but I did build a set of bunks in my enclosed trailer utilizing a French cleat type system. Built it out of some nice birch plywood. Bunks store along the sides of the trailer when the ATV is inside and only take up a couple inches of width.
When we decided to put bunks in my buddies enclosed trailer, we decided to try using the vertical e-tracks. Honestly, I think that version is easier and worth the few extra bucks.
