MB.(Manitoba) Walleye...

This was BIG one from today....caught 1  more which was a  touch smaller...landed around 35 in total.....the BIG ones were not mine

The guy caught fish, this was the big one of the day, it wasn't his.  What's not to get?  If you are wondering how he is catching walleye in April, the title says MB walleye and the area around Flin Flon and the Pas, for example, is open until May 1.

We went fishing...caught 35 walleye....2 of the guys I fished with caught Master Anglers...

You should hit it just about right....bringing Quads or Snowmobiles....?

Its been pretty chilly here, the snow has settled pretty good on the lakes but there is still about 8- 10 inchs...quads are probably gonna be o.k....some of the bush trails might give quads trouble if you break through....lotsa good blue ice left....but as always... watch out for air holes.

Right now I wish I had a UTV with heated cab,stereo, cub holders and tracks.

sleds are ready yet from this winter so we're brining those.  ya i'm with you on the UTV - would be nice.

Yep, don't think it will be warm enough in next week for snow to melt....last week of April would be best bet for high-ice....but don't think we will see it.

Sometimes IF conditions are right the snow melts and drains through cracks back into lake and then u can drive pretty much anywhere with quads.
