Had to work at my "seasonal" job today,  Darn weather...thinking of moving north any day now. Hopefully winter will come back and stay.

Boy, I hope the ACCUWEATHER 15day outlook is correct.  After next Tuesday the ice will come.  Keeping my fingers crossed.

whats left of the ice will have to face one more thing.  They are calling for .75 or more of rain on friday morning.  If it gets past that we should be good mid to late next week.

I'll be out of town that weekend, headed up to our cabin in potter county, wanted to hit Kettle Creek State Park, Hopefully ice will be there. Maybe we can meet up at RV some time.. Get a few of us together for an afternoon.

2.36" of rain down here last week. Now they are calling for almost 60° tomorrow. Then a low of around 16° for Mon. morning. I hope that this next blast that comes through is here to stay for awhile and firms things back up!! We've lost just about all ice down here  :'(

Another blast is coming starting Thurs. It will get nasty cold in the Northeast, the forecast high at Promised Land is 17 on Sun. As for the Southeast; I think I hear someone blowing Taps. It would be interesting if some of our lakes froze late; the fish would already be staging for spawning.
