where do you do most of your icefishing in pa? my place is prob. the meadow grounds i go there alot and 1/2 the time a get something. but ive been going there sense i was bout 4 or 5 yrs old. just like the memory's ....

I only really fish on the ice at Marsh Creek, Struble and Scotts Run around home. I do get on the ice once or twice a year at Stevenson's Reservoir in Cameron County too.

Montour Preserve, Walker, Faylor, RV, Black Mo, Sayers, just to name a few. Where the fish are biting, my boy and I are sure to go!

what do you mostly catch at the meadow grounds. fished there many times on open water .but not on the ice.

ITS GOTTA BE LAKE ARTHUR. I GREW UP 7 MINUTES FROM MUDDY CREEK. I'VE BEEN ICE FISHING IT SINCE I WAS 6 AND WORKED A FEW YEARS AT THE RENTAL SO I KNOW THE LAKE VERY WELL. GOTTA GIVE SOME LOVE TO SHENANGO LAKE TOO. I NEVER ICE FISHED IT, BUT ITS THE ONLY LAKE THAT MY DAD, BROTHER, AND I COULD LAND 50 KEEPERS EACH. THE FILLETING WAS ROUGH ON THE BACK.

i mostly get into perch most of the time or pike. if im real luck i mite even get an eye or a musky but manly perch.

not to give away your honey holes,but which area do you recommend starting at over at the meadow grounds? I use to like the back side in the coves, but that was in the spring.thanks
