I order mine on-line. Quick and fast and your reciept is legal to fish with, till you get the real deal in th email. I always got the hard copy no later than 3 business days after I applied on-line. It's the way to go and after the first year you buy one on-line, they remember all your info from previous years so it's just a matter of updating your info.
I actually just went and updated my info but they would not issue my new liscence until Jan. 1. Here is the link.
