Marcum VS560 (Water In Camera Head)

Bought new the VS 560, I got it to the lake but didn't get to use it !! The camera where the wire goes into the head where the lite is came apart. Must of just got a bad unit  I bought it from GANDER MTN. We will see how good the costom service is. Has anybody had any problems ??

Well Gander MTN, is doing there part after the first phone call to them the fishing department they  called me back within a 1/2 hour. They are willing to give a refund because they don't have one to replace it with.  The stores so I was told have had 22 returns for the same problem. They are trying to get me one transfered from one of they other stores. I will E-MAIL MARCUM to see what they are going to do about the problem !!! I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE MARCUM , This is the first bad feedback I have heard about and it would have to be me!!

I work at Gander in Maple Grove, & we have had a ton of problems with both the 460 & 560.  At least 3/4 of the units we sold have come back, & I"m fairly confident that the rest will come back eventually.  They're a great idea, but Marcum really needs to address this problem or they will be going out of business soon.

Thanks, I returned it for my refund. Marcum needs to address their problem.
