plans for tip downs

hey guys, last year, I had found plans for a wooden tipdown on this site, it was made from a wooden dowl and a couple of pieces of 1x4 and the dowl balanced on a nail.
I printed them out, but some how they got lost when I moved. if anyone has these plans, or knows of how I can find them, please contact me, I would greatly appreciate anyones help. thank you
