my wife works for an insurance company and reminds me everytime I walk out the door just so I don't get any ideas that your insurance will not cover your vehicle if it goes through the ice.

if it were me ...i wouldent take a car out there.but you seem pretty confident,so i say have at it..but good luck and stay safe!

My confidence is built on years of experience. 
But beleive me, there's usually guys driving pickup trucks out on a lake for 2 weeks before it gets to the point that I'm confident enough to.
Not sure if they know a lot more than me about driving on the ice  :bow: OR a lot less  :cookoo:
