Place fish on tin foil. Sprinkle Black pepper, Lowerys S.Salt, Garlic (flakes,powder,salt, or spread), Molly Mcbutter, lemon if you want.
Put seasoning on the insides as well. Double wrap w/ tin foil.
cook on Mr Heater or BBQ for 15 to 30 minutes (depends on how thick they are). When the meat flakes off the bone, they are done. Enjoy and if there is a better way, I would like to know how it is done. This is VERY easy and very little mess.
