A+ Clam Customer Service

Had a bizarre issue with my Clam tent. Which appears to be more from the company that made this tent, than Clam themselves.

Contacted Clam via email and had a reply within an hour.

Took a few pics and emailed as requested, and they are shipping me a new one. No fuss, no muss.
Couldn't have been easier.

Hope the bizzar incident wasn't a tumble across the ice in all the wind we have been having LOL

That great to hear! I have heard lots of bad thing about there customer service this year.
