Wonder if it jigs more then the flag? Didn't see where the line attaches to the flag.

The flag is going up and down because the whole spool and everything is going up and down. Looks good in theory. Wonder how much they cost and how well they ACTUALLY perform. Thanks for the link.

I tried the jigging tip ups 2 seasons ago.  Total waste of money.  They did not work good at all.  I threw mine in the garbage.

Yep, pretty much everyone says the same thing about those jigging tipups.....total garbage. I wanted to try one when they came out but never did, glad I didn't.

I have two HT windlass tipups that jig but need wind, they work well for me and are pretty inexpensive.

i had two of these, only have one left but rarely use it. they break really easily and dont work worth a #$%@ in the cold. they work ok when is around freezing but when its -20 and colder they aint work the line it comes with. i wouldnt recomend buying one, i prefer my windlass tip up instead.

LOL My buddy fought with the exact same tip up for 15 minutes the other day trying to get it to work.. he eventually gave up trying to get the jigger to work for more than 10 seconds.  He finally said the hell with it and set it to use it like a normal tip up and the thing backlashed on him big time.  It would be better if it wasn't made so cheap.  The base is a nice metal but the whole apparatus is plastic junk.

I got one off ebay for $9 to my door.  10 minutes later and it is the most waste of money I have spent on anything LOL!
