PIG CITY!!!

We fished Canyon Ferry, by the Silos yesterday. Plenty of fish in just 5 feet of water. Ice is 5 inches but clear and strong. The big Bows are strong and will drag you into the hole if you are not prepared. Bring your Big Boy Gear! Nothing fancy. Just a worm/maggot glow jig 1 foot off the bottom and hang on. My buddy Meat Stick had a rod pulled into the lake. I was able to hook it with a cord and opened nail clipper! Fish make wonderful. salmon sized filets

Couple decent rainbows, but wouldn’t be screaming “pig city” as the thread title. I’m sure we’ll get a Montana Outdoors article on it also…
