Lx7 after update issue

Did update
Used first time yesterday
Drill hole drop duecer down and it takes a lot longer
To settle down   Ex: it will read 235' then take way longer to read actual footage which was 14 foot like 10x longer

Does the same rather clear out hole or leave slush in it
Anyone having that issue?

just use dynamic depth.

Thought of that  I'll try that
But never had to use that before

that's what we use. it doesn't have to acquire the bottom. it makes it nicer to push the bottom of the lake to the bottom of the screen too.
marcum suggested it when they first came out. the auto lock has issues they didn't resolve in their newest firmware update.
