Picture and Avatar Posting Etiquette  PLEASE READ

On some forums where I frequent my pics post as thumbnails.
Is there a reason for that?  Is that ok here?

Pic size?
This gets impossible on an iPad.
No idea if image is jpeg? or something else.
No idea of size of photo, and nothing to select to see what size the image is.
I’d sooner rebuild a Quadrajet.

You can use an app. I have one called imageresizer on my iphone that's real easy to use. You could also use the postimage and use their resizer with the direct link for avatars here.
