Jigging for Bass

Any tips on jigging for bass.  I have been using sweedish pimples and round jig heads with grub tails but only catching pickerel.

just caght one today while jigging for perch with a small swedishpimple on two pound test you could also try shallow water,  maybe 4-5 feet

i got this one two weeks ago on a tiny green dot with teo gulp maggots  hook was so small didnt come thru his lip
