Are you guys going Saturday or Sunday?   I wouldn't mind going on Sunday.

Sorry i didn't reply.  We just got back from Flathorn and the fishing was SLOW.  There was too much ice without our extension, so we couldn't really fish where we wanted to.  We had to use wholes from the day before.  We had a flag about every hour we were there and the fish were tiny hammerhandles. Still a good day and a heck of a lot better than working.

Hey, sorry I missed you guys...I would have loved to gone with you.  Chef is pretty tied up at work and doesn't get out much any more, so I have made a few solo trips this year.  I had to put a 12" extension on 3 weeks ago and I used every bit of that up getting punched through.

When are you planning your next trip?

This week is Spring break and I have the whole week off.  So I'm free all this week and next weekend.  I may have to go this week and redeem myself.  Post if you want to go.

Corey, It would appear that Gordy needs some competition on the pike. I am free this Sunday and i would like to go to flat horn. Let your dad know and have him call me. The days are longer and the weather is warmer. I often have good luck this time of year. I have a special secret which works well, )keeping the hooks in the wives panty drawer) seems to make the differance!

Alright fellas, I guess I am going to have host a fishing clinic at Flathorn on Sunday.  I won't charge you, but you better bring Pabst Blue Ribbon.  I am just glad there isn't much overflow or we would probably spend the day getting the Chef unstuck.
