Jigging Rod

I am looking for a jigging rod my buddy picked up at a sports show.  It was a galss rod with a large wire loop and large bead out front that acted as a spring bobber.  This loop was made heavy enough wire to use large pimples and rapalas on for walleye.  

He lost it when I fell through the ice on lake Erie.  I would sorely like to replace it for him.  Let me know if you know where one can be found.  Thanks!
