lets talk white perch!

never really kept them before but wondering what size everyone keeps? filet it the same as a yellow perch? good eats?

Haven't caught many, but the ones I have caught made it to the fry pan. One of the best eating freshwater fish I've found. As far as size, I compare them to crappie in terms of what's too small to keep... if that makes sense.

Best eating fresh water fish IMHO....I spend a great deal of time stocking the freezer with them..

The ice pack is holding up well after several seasons. Always go  back to the graph mode. Once dialed in its sooo effective
