Just moved down from NH

Wanted to say hello. I just moved down from New Hampshire a couple of days ago. I've seen some small ponds that look skimmed over. I have to get the rest of my gear down here and probably won't be able to hit the ice until the first of the year. I'd love to get together with some guys down here to do some fishing. I have everything I need (probably more than I need, it's a sickness. Lol). Anyway be safe and I'll be checking in often.

Thanks! I lived here for a few years a while ago. First Providence, then Knightsville in Cranston. I'm in Hopkinton now and I've seen a few ponds around here. Not sure how good the fishing is though. I'm anxious to get out.

Welcome to Rhody. I'm a Mainer that has not tested the hard water even though I've been here 30 years. Taking a run this year. I'm waterfront if you want to fish let me know we can step off right off the front lawn. Ping me, I check the site a few times a day now. Once again welcome to the crew.  :tipup:

Mainuh I hope you finished painting last week, you could probably get on some yard ice this weekend sounds like you're right on bowdish, we used to camp at George Washington campground we've caught some big old bass and pickadillies in there

Painting is done...Till the wife shows up again, moving on to install floors this weekend. Ugh I'm not going to be moved in till Ice Fishing Season is over. If I don't meet you fellas soon. I think (weather permitting) I'll be trying to hit the two tournaments in RI  coming up late Jan / Mid Feb.

Anyone else planning to hit them?
