Snow Day!
« on: Dec 15, 2015, 09:40 AM »
Snow canceled work, which is a blessing and a curse:  standing at the window looking out knowing there's no way I can get to fishable ice!  So close, and yet so far!!   :-\

And this snow is going to screw with what little front range ice was forming.
Flags up, gentlemen!!!

I got up early and went to work.  No sense wasting a day of sick or annual for that mess!

Were't you guys in a drought before this winter?
I live in the midwest now but have fond memories of fishing in New England as a kid.

The west has more or less been in a drought for the last decade. Most of Colorado has been okay for the last few years but there are still parts of the state SE and SW that are really dry.
