My fishing Buddy Turned me on to this Delicious recipe for Trout, it works great for any trout big enough to fillet ! 2 quarts water, heavily salted, 2 tablespoons per quart of water. Cube fillets into 1 inch squares, toss into rolling boil for 5 to 8 minutes depending on thickness. Remove and pat dry on paper towels and serve with drawn Butter. Allegash Lobsta !  :thumbsup:

First time I have heard it called that. Around here we call it "Poor Man's Lobster".
You can use ling or pike for it as well.
