Has anyone been out there? What are the ice/fishing conditions?

I was out between Christmas and New Year's, ice then was 3.5" - 4" in the areas I fished but heard others saying it was thicker further out.  1/2" of snow at the time.  Will probably be hitting it again this weekend given the probable continued lack of slush.  I might even give Medora a snort if ice is good and there's no slush.  Normally there's way too much snow on that lake to think about it.  Might as well take advantage of this year's lack of snow if I won't be able to fish K-Bay as I like.

Yeah I am thinking of trying Sunday. Only ice fished there a few times. Would be nice to catch a few walleye, but fishing there seems to be a lot tougher in the winter.
