Similar result on west side at Chalet. Terrible ice. First place
We drilled there was two layers of ice and both were real dirty
caught one small walleye there then moved closer to launch
and landed one sauger. Marked a few around 1:30 and a couple
bit the dead stick after shaking the rattle trap. Tough day but
better than working.

How thick was the ice, did you stay close to shore. Some off us are going to quad out on tuesday.

7 of us out on friday and strips across the board for all of us. Marked a few and no interest at all. Bad first outing of the season. Passed you on my way off FF, was going to flag you over and tell you to save yourself the trouble and check out the bronze boot instead ;)

Hey, you guys started the boot topic! Been a long time since those days. We went straight west past the nets, was planning on north but figured west would be fine, bad idea! Planning on a half day monday, gotta be back for the hockey kick off!
