Anyone notice the under current at Presque Isle?
Had it today, started when it started to rain, and last Sat when it started snowing?

there is definetly tidal influence at lake erie saw it the 2 years we ran charters.you could see the rise and fall on the marina bulk heads wet spots.and then there is the wind, bay must be open on the windy edge which allows current.should oxygenate the bay and signal fish spring is on the way
GOD BLESS

I noticed it this past weekend. I asked one of my seasoned fishing friends about it and he thought it was because the channel is open, currently.

East wind pushes into the bay which caused the strong current
